Known affectionately as Jowi, Rao, Jakom, Baba, he was not just a political leader, but a moral compass a symbol of resilience, truth, and justice.
From his lineage as the Grandson of Ramogi and Son of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga, Raila carried the voice of the people and the spirit of liberation in his heart.
He dared to dream of a Kenya and an Africa where democracy means dignity, and leadership means service.
As we remember him, we celebrate not only his struggle, but the enduring flame of hope he lit for generations to come.
